Shipping policy

Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as tracking label is created and your order is dropped off at the post office. Any update on your order once it has left our facilities should be inquired with the shipping courier and not Twitchez Cosmetics.

Shipping timeframe

All orders can take between 2-3 days to process. Once your order has been shipped, it takes 2-7 days to get to you. If the shipping is delayed to due to unforseen circumstance such as weather. Please contact USPS for an update on your package.

*Please note that once package are received by USPS, we are longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the USPS.
